Tim advocates for landowners and handles a wide variety of land-related cases, including eminent domain proceedings, ownership and easement disputes, trespass actions, and contract cases.
Tim grew up in Corpus Christi, where he first developed his love of the abundant wildlife and diverse landscapes of Texas. Tim spent much of his youth exploring the vast ranches of South Texas, searching the prairies, oak motts, sand dunes, and mesquite thickets for deer and nilgai and casting for redfish and speckled trout on the coast of Baffin Bay. At 10, Tim taught himself to play the guitar, and he began composing and performing music in high school.
Tim graduated from Southwestern University, where he studied history and English literature. After college, he moved to Austin to write and play music while pursuing a career in real estate. For the next 15 years, Tim helped his clients navigate the highs and lows of the Austin market, from the 2008 crash to the boom in the early 2020s.
As a Realtor, Tim developed his skills for negotiation, innovative problem-solving, and client care. He also developed an expertise in land sales and development, serving clients in seven counties across Central Texas. Tim also helps manage his family’s ranch, so he has a first-hand appreciation for land stewardship and the challenges that Texas landowners face.
Eager to apply his knowledge and experience to a new challenge, Tim earned his J.D. from the University of Texas in 2023. During law school, he interned with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the Honorable Brantley Starr of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and the Honorable Jeffrey Brown of the U.S District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Tim is licensed to practice in Texas. He lives in Fredericksburg with his loving wife and their exuberant son.
