As executive director, David plays a key, jack-of-all-trades role at Cobb & Johns. With a technical background, he enables efficient, effective, and compassionate client service. 

Like his brother (yes, Chris and David are brothers; we’re a close, family-based law firm), David grew up and attended public schools in Buckhannon, West Virginia. He went to Brigham Young University and obtained a degree in mechanical engineering. After his first year of college, David served as a full-time volunteer for his church for two years in Eugene, Oregon. 

Before providing legal support services, David spent 17 years as a mechanical engineer and engineering manager in a Fortune 50 company. He is the holder of 19 patents! 

David is married to his soulmate with whom he shares one wonderful daughter and two wonderful sons. He enjoys running, working out, and doing home-improvement projects.
